ARTISAN VENDOR SUBMISSIONS
Peterborough Folk Festival is pleased to offer a fun and welcoming marketplace for local artisans and craft makers to showcase their hand-made wares.
Artisan vendor submissions for Peterborough Folk Festival 2024 will open in April 2024.
Booths will be available to accepted artisan vendors on Saturday, August 17 and Sunday, August 18, 2024 from 12:00 noon until 7:00 pm both days. Please note that the application is for the full weekend only. Vendors are to arrive for setup on the morning of Saturday, August 17.
Jurying: Peterborough Folk Festival’s Artisan Village is a juried event. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival. Applications are reviewed by the festival’s Arts and Crafts Team. All items offered for sale must be handmade by the artisan; items such as printed T-shirts will not be accepted. Vendors will be selected based on the completeness of their application, the fit of artisan products to the festival, the quality of work and the type of merchandise to be sold. We make an effort to present a varied selection of items in the Artisan Village and vendors may not be accepted if a particular category of merchandise is over-represented. In the event that your application is not accepted, your fees will be refunded.
There will be 2 rounds of jurying:
Early bird deadline: June 30, 2024.
Regular deadline: July 31, 2024 (subject to space availability).
You will be notified of the status of your application within one week of the deadline by which you applied.
Additional applications may be considered until August 6, 2024, subject to availability.
Fees for Artisan Vendors
Early bird: Before June 30 - FULL WEEKEND: $125.
Regular bird: Before July 31 - FULL WEEKEND: $150.
Fees are payable by credit card only.
