Peterborough Folk Festival 2026 Performance Schedule

The four-day PFF2026 celebration officially kicks off on Thursday, August 13 with a concert featuring acclaimed Canadian singer-songwriter Ken Yates and PFF Emerging Artist of the Year, Tristan Konkle. The show will be held at festival’s second home, the Market Hall Performing Arts Centre.
Tickets are just $35 including fees, and there are limited tickets for $25 including fees available. Doors at 6pm, show at 7pm. This is an all-ages, licenced event.

6 pm to 9 pm at Quaker Foods City Square on Charlotte Street: Free-admission outdoor concert, presented by PFF and the Peterborough DBIA, with Western Canadian Music Awards Songwriter of the Year, Slow Leaves, and Peterborough-based Ollie Mae, a 17-year-old singer-songwriter who channels the classic sound of folk, Can-rock, and country roots.
Starting at 9 pm at The Pigs Ear Tavern on Brock Street: The music continues with The Lucky Ones, a country-roots ensemble from the Yukon Territory who blend bluegrass with contemporary sounds. With special guests J.J. Swinn. No cover charge but donations in the tip jar are encouraged.
